Privacy Policy

Draft — not final. This reflects Sub Arena as it exists today and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be revised once real backend storage or payment features are introduced.

1. What We Collect

Sub Arena currently stores:

• Your profile: name, email, and photo (if you choose to add one)
• Subscriptions you add: name, price, renewal date, and status
• A history of the pay/pause decisions you make
• Your preferences: reminder timing, auto-renewal choices, light/dark theme

2. Where It's Stored

Right now, everything above is stored only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. Sub Arena does not currently have a server or database — nothing you enter is transmitted, uploaded, or shared anywhere. Clearing your browser's data or using a different browser/device will not carry your information across, since nothing leaves your device today.

3. Sharing

We don't share, sell, or transmit your data to anyone, because at this stage there is no mechanism for Sub Arena to send it anywhere at all.

4. Your Control

Since your data lives only on your device, you can delete it entirely at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Sub Arena. There's no separate deletion request needed, since we don't hold a copy anywhere else.

5. Children's Privacy

Sub Arena is not intended for use by children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

6. Future Changes

This policy will be substantially rewritten once Sub Arena introduces real backend storage or real payment processing (via a linked card), since data handling will change significantly at that point.
